Our company, GSourcers Pty Ltd (also trading as AfikConsult) based in South Africa, is hiring freelance sales consultants who can work remotely by making use of their existing corporate relationships to bring new business to the company.
The Sales rep will sell GSourcers' talent mapping service offering to companies (i.e. HR executives, HR Managers, Board of Directors, Talent Heads, etc). They will therefore sell to any company to adopt our talent market map service for the purpose of vacancy placements, bench-marking, replacement planning, and talent pipelining.
The ideal partner must be entrepreneurs who can buy into the business balue proposition by selling our talent mapping service to corporate companies lovally and internationally.
The only duty of sales consultants is to convert leads into sales (conversational and influential) we do not sell aggressively.
We use a Tiered Commission structured in the following sliding scale where the more they sell, the higher the commission rate will be:
Any income brought to the business as follows:
$1 to $50,000 - 10% commission
$50,001 to $75 000 - 12.5% commission
$75,001 to $100,000 - 15% commission
$100,001 and more - 20% commission
