-- Interested in business development and/or project and team management.
-- Prepared to take on a large variety of tasks with a "get it done" mentality in order to get to the point where you can delegate to and manage a team.

-- You are NOT interested in taking on leadership roles and managing many projects and people simultaneously in order to help build a business
I am the founder and president of a nonprofit startup that addresses issues of sex trafficking by educating at-risk populations (students) and by providing specialized programming to survivors of sex trafficking.
I need someone who can be my strategic partner in growing a team, building infrastructure, establishing policies, procedures and company culture, and developing our services, revenue channels and business as a whole. You do NOT have to be an expert in any of these things as long as you have experience managing/coordinating people that do.
I am seeking a master delegator/ team and project manager/ operations coordinator. Who knows how to build and train a team (including recruiting the right people), works independently, is a self-starter and who is interested in working on a strategic level rather than doing mostly repetitive or simple tasks. I need someone who is dynamic and can wear many hats as the nonprofit gets established.
I need someone who specializes in making sure things get done.
I am looking for ONE person I can delegate to, who provides such impressive quality results that I do not have to spend time checking their work or micro-managing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem-solver, a dynamic do-er, creative, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, obsessed with high-quality work, a team leader, articulate, resourceful, hard-working, great at managing the "day-to-day", patient, mission-oriented, persistent and motivated. I am looking for someone who is hardworking and who has integrity, who cares about the work our organization is doing and wants to see it succeed.
In order to see if we work well together and if this position is a good fit for you, this job posting is for a set time frame with a set pay rate. It will essentially be a "trial run" to see if you will continue long-term. If after this trial period you end up staying on long-term, we will re-define your time commitment and transition to a salary.
For this job, I have selected to pay hourly for specific tasks/milestones; however, if you'd like to propose a fixed per-task/project or another type of payment plan, please feel free to do so. Please keep in mind that this “trial run” does not entail full-time work.
I have also designated "less than one month" as the time frame -- I would like to determine whether or not you will be staying on long-term by the end of August.
I would also like to mention that I am leaving the country in a couple of days, so my response time will likely be slow over the next several days. Please be patient with me, this response time will not be indicative of my typical level of communication.
