I am looking for someone to explain to me the concept of IRR as it relates to various real estate investments I am looking at. They will also need to build some Excel models for the various investment types. Some of the variables that will be applied are, inflation, delay in re-investing current cash flow, and various tax consequences (capital gains tax, re-capture of depreciation etc.).
The person I am looking for should have the following qualifications: an MBA, some experience in the real estate field, very versatile in Excel (be able to build various models) and five or more years experience.
