We are looking for a super passionate department designer rockstar to join our rapidly growing team. This expert will be responsible for leading the design and execution of rehauling our call center departments. This includes creating operational systems, frameworks, work flow, processes, systems, and everything in between that is needed to fulfill our objectives.
The ideal candidate is an expert-level call center manager that has been there, done that. They must also understand how to bring structure and chaos together like never before, so we don't get in the way of innovation ﹘ yet are not running in circles. It's about rhythm and finding the perfect balance... not too much process, but not too little, either.
