Hi, I am in India so we prefer sq ft over sq m. I can draw the entire layout by hand/pencil and using scale (2d view) and then write over the details. But i need the architect to visualize it and then as per brick size or wall size, pillars etc give me the full 2d view and the 3d elevation with exact dimensions because that can only be done by a professional and i am no professional for that. I can still give the sq m dimension but i would prefer the values in sq ft since i am comfortable with that. Lastly i would need the CAD files so that i can give it to the frontal view or outside 3d view professional who would then carry it forward. House would be 2 story with terrace gym and swimming pool and basement half parking and half office. So ground plus 2.

I need assistance designing an ice cream shop. I am trying to fit both ice cream processing and retail sales into a fairly small 1000 sq. ft. location. This is in California, so has some strict design requirements and may be too complicated for an online job but thought I would try. I am really trying to figure out a basic layout to make sure all of the equipment will fit into the space and still have enough room for retail sales. Experience in kitchen design would be extremely helpful. before applying for this position, take a look at what a clean room is, including the requirements. https://www.cdfa.ca.gov/ahfss/Milk_and_Dairy_Food_Safety/pdfs/MilkPlantGuidelines.pdf The space is currently a free standing office building on a slab foundation which will need interior walls, additional plumbing, electrical and specific sections for the preparation of the ice cream as well as another kitchen area that will be used for mixing and baking all other foods (cookies, brownies, etc...) The Clean Room: This is an important part of the facility and we would like it to be visible to the retail space if possible. I will supply a list of equipment and their dimensions. The clean room will be approved by the CA Department of food and Dairy. Requirements Attached. Basically it is a room where only the dairy products can be processed. No other food may enter and it must be sealed off from the rest of the kitchen. It will even need it's own ventilation. The Kitchen: It must meet the requirements of the County health and safety department. It should not need a Hood, but will require a 3 compartment sink, work space, floor mixer, refrigeration, and freezer space. I will include a list of required equipment. Retail space: What ever space its left after kitchen, clean room and storage will be used for the service counter and customer seating area. I have a list of equipment for this area as well, but major features are a service counter, ice cream dipping cabinet, cookie display, rear wall work space and floor area for seating and standing room for customers. Known Challenges: Floor drains and grease interceptor will be needed. 220v power will be needed throughout the building. I need a walk-in cooler and freezer. This will take up a minimum of 100 sq feet. I am trying to find an off site location for additional freezer space. The existing ADA restroom will probably need to stay in it's current location. We will only be utilizing the front half of the building. This is represented on the drawing as the large empty space with bathroom (not the other half with the divided offices. Document attached is basic building drawing. I will email sample layout design that can be used for ideas, photos of exterior, equipment list or other information when needed.

Create a 3D CAD file from the following image: https://fbcdn-dragon-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xfp1/t39.2365-6/10734294_775986955823316_1197403205_n.jpg https://d23f6h5jpj26xu.cloudfront.net/by02shn7ikl27q.png Replace the points where lines connect with network switch boxes like this: https://www.juniper.net/assets/img/products/image-library/qfx-series/qfx10000/qfx10002-left-high.jpg Replace the lines with wires representing ethernet cables for a computer network. The deliverable output will be the CAD file, still image renderings from different angles, and a video rendering rotating and zooming the CAD file.

Hello! I am looking for animators that can communicate information found in an educational text. The animations would be delivered in an online learning system as a video alternative to a written text. Animations would run about 3 minutes for every 5 pages of text. Introductory college students would use the video to prepare for class or as a tool for review. The challenge involves not only effectively interpreting educational text content into useful visuals and sound, but also employing a fun style and a dynamic approach to delivering the content and visuals. Do you have a unique style and approach to creating animations in video? Please contact me with some examples of your fun and engaging approach too animated videos. I hope we can work together on this project in 2016. Thank you!

I have autocad file matching and drawings for a commercial space. I need to confirm that the LED spot lights and LED linears being installed are able to be put on one only 2 circuits. Can the LED spot lights and LED linear lights voltage load on edit image 2875 be handled by 2 circuits and 4 switches. They are; AC120V 8W led spot lights and 24Vdc linear lighting 40feet are 2.5W Here is link to specs of linear lighting http://www.purelighting.com/products/tl.5-2wdc.php If the load can be handled I need the file that I have to be edited to reflect the way the work has been done in regard to drawings 2876 I have the panel schedule, JPGS of the drawings, and auto cad file matching 2875. The main issue here is the electrical inspector wants the correct drawing showing circuit works(see attached IMG_2889). So I have to do a revision because the approved city plans are not what is actually done in the location. Approved city plans have: Time clock 5 circuits due to circuits going to J boxes throughout. additional light outlets and emergency lighting. The way the work was actually done: 2 circuits for LED spot lights and LED linear lighting. one for front half of unit one for rear half of unit. and switches controlling separately half/half of spot lights and half/half of led lighting
