CAD to CAM for a complex shape, with focus on efficiency/speed and detail. Mix of raster, cut out and pocket tool paths. Starting from ipt or stp, creating gcode. With simulation so we can estimate actual cutting times. The part will have to be flipped because we are working with a simple 3-axis machine called Shopbot Alpha.
We have already done some work in a program called PowerMill Pro 2016. So if you have experience using this program, this would be a big plus. Alternatively, if you can load code/models created by this program, and then work from it, this is also very good.
Work also requires occasionally designing peg-board style jigs for holding the part in place.
