My Linux VM (libvirt virsh), running within a CentOS 5.8 Linux server, stopped responding. I cannot ping it, and I cannot connect to it. I need an expert to fix it.
The problem started when we migrated our domain controller, DNS server, and DHCP server, from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2012. Something with that Windows migration caused my VM to stop responding in our internal network at work (5 servers, and 20 workstations total). The parent Linux server has the correct settings for default gateway and DNS settings. And, I can connect to the parent Linux server just fine.
Key skills needed to do the job well: knowledge of how a Windows server migration on the same network may adversely affect a linux virtual machine. Also, expert experience and knowledge of libvirt virsh on Linux.
Successful engagement will be a screen share meeting, where you can have access to the Linux server, and the Windows server, as needed.
