Hello, we are looking for some Cisco Voice experts who can provide ad hoc Cisco VoIP Support: troubleshooting, using support software, installing updates and version upgrades.
- If you are a CCNP or CCIE in Voice that is a big plus.
- Familiarity with deploying and managing the UC540 (and related models), Call Managed Express (CME), Call Manager, Unity, or BE6Ks will make you a good candidate for this role.
- Familiarity with routing and switching is a plus: creating VLANs, copying configs, etc.
- Will connect you to a local machine via Team Viewer so you can connect into the devices.
