Hello, we are looking for a Cisco Voice experts who can provide ongoing Cisco VoIP Support: troubleshooting, using support software, installing updates and version upgrades.
- If you are a CCNP or CCIE in Voice that is a big plus.
- Familiarity with deploying and managing the UC540 (and related models), Call Manager Express (CME), Call Manager, Unity, or BE6Ks will make you a good candidate for this role.
- Familiarity with routing and switching is a plus: creating VLANs, copying configs, etc.
- Familiarity with VMWare, PRTG and Cisco Prime are a big plus.
Ongoing maintenance of internal and client Cisco environments
Responding to and remediating alerts on these devices
Providing Level 2 and 3 networking and voice support to the help-desk
The current budget is $1200 USD per month with some flexibility for the right engineer.
