I am looking for a Cisco voice CUCM engineer that has experience with connecting unity to Office 365. We have migrated our internal Exchange 2010 server and are having problems with connecting Unity with 365. Is this something you would be able to help with? It appears that UM is connecting with 365 but we are not receiving voicemail to email.

Looking for a Cisco UCM expert to assist with two small projects: 1.) Our desk phones (Cisco 8851) seem to lack a key to reject a call when a call is coming in. The only available option is to answer the call or let it ring till it times out to voice mail. We would like to have a key to reject the call and/or instantly send it to voice mail. 2.) Assist us with understanding the voicemail system inside our UCM system. We have inherited this UCM system from a previous IT person and the relationship between the voice mail system and phones + users is not clear. We would also like it configured to email voicemails as attachments to the end user and are not sure how to do this.
