Need an eloquent writer to develop, design and write an excellent formal complaint to file with the board of ethics against a family law attorney. Will need to take in all the information on events and timelines and details to compile a very detailed, descriptive formal complaint with the goal being the board validating it. Previous experience and/or knowledge of legal boards or complaints is ideal as MUST get a good outcome/end result/findings from the board. Plan to take this to file charges directly against attorney after the board's ruling.

I am a Houston, TX based attorney. I recently started up my solo practice and I'm in need of an contract paralegal who can complete legal tasks including, but not limited to, drafting/answering petitions, discovery, motions, keeping track of cases, etc. Being familiar with Texas law would be very important. Being familiar with efiling and having access to westlaw or lexis is a big plus! Ideally I would also like to be able to case plan and discuss strategy with you as well so experience in litigation and different areas of law would be beneficial. Is this scope of work something you're comfortable with and what experience do you have in this? If it works out we can possibly start a long term business relationship where I'll be sending you work on a regular basis.
