Hi, We are boutique agency in US and are looking for a freelance web developer. We are looking to communicate with applicants and create a short-list for the project. Experience needed in building websites ranging from simple informational websites to custom web applications. We are primarily looking for an expert level PHP developer - if you have experience in Node, and/or Angular it could be a plus. If your experience primarily revolves around building WordPress websites, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. We have a designer on staff and can provide you PSD's for the project - if you are a skilled designer or have one on staff, we can probably pass on the design work to you - for future projects. Our goal is to work with a person (or company) that will work under our umbrella for "our clients", can communicate directly with our clients when needed, and adhere to our policies and procedures. If you have experience working with an agency - it's a plus. Some general requirements from our side 1. You should be available for at least 4 hours during 9am - 5pm EST for conference calls, as needed 2. Should demonstrate sufficient knowledge and skills - we want a developer who can (if needed) participate in calls with clients and can make appropriate recommendations. 3. Deadline & detail oriented We have an in-house development team and you will be working to support that team if/when we have overflow of projects. If this project goes well, you or your company can become our primary vendor/partner for web-dev related work.

Imagehosting website - backend script is in Perl, however, the landing page before the image page is in PHP. Previously the perl page used to track from what website the user was arriving and show that url/website in stats. Now I want the PHP page to be set the same. I think some cookies or some other setting that you might know will be able to fix the issue. An easy job for you.

Many of the pages use ion_auth to determine if the user is logged in/has a specific role. This appears to be no longer working for whatever reason. The site is a highly customized code igniter site, almost to the point where I wouldn’t even call it code igniter, but the main core is code ignitor. I think the sessions might not be working properly or something, which is set up by the ion_auth library. The line in the code that determines if a user has permission to view a specific page is: This one is used on the admin dashboard, It redirects to the login page if the logged in user doesn’t have the admin permission. This is located in the file /var/www/html/app/controllers/admin.php if (!$this->ion_auth->get_permission('admin')) { redirect('/login'); } This is used on the profile page, it goes to the sorry page, http://slapoa.mylaketown.com/sorry (an example of one.) if (!$this->ion_auth->get_permission('user')) { redirect('sorry'); } I temporarily changed the admin if statement to if (!$this->session->userdata('id')) { redirect('/login'); } Which appears to have given the client access to the admin dashboard, but this is in no way a fix, this just checks if a user is logged in essentially. When the client is logged in as a super admin he doesn’t have access to most of the pages he should, they are all going to the sorry page.
