Responsible for sourcing identifying, screening and initial contacting of prospective Agents. Agents that express an interest in our company are set up for an initial interview with the Principle Recruiter. Recruiting Assistants will be required to implement, understand and use scripts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
JOB #1 Screen and refer qualified applicants to the Principle Recruiter for an interview.
Create, update and execute advertising/recruiting plan based on a forecast of 24 new Agents acquired within a 12 month period.
Maintain knowledge of real estate recruitment strategies by attending online training workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in networking opportunities.
Post job openings to career boards, newspapers and other media outlets as well as internally.
Provide information on our company operations and career opportunities to potential Agent applicants.
Become informed about the company model of Agent acquisition.
Be knowledgeable about franchise needs in your geographic recruitment area.
Maintain professional relationship with real estate schools, city, college and community placement offices. Coordinate and participate in online job fairs.
Identify and make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Provide feedback to Principal Recruiter concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
