I am running a small professional services practice in search for better process automation. I am using Salesforce and Quickbooks (unlinked). Need an individual who can advise/help automate admin workfollow. Specifically, creating/sending engagement letters to clients, generating/sending invoices. Potentially linking data into google docs spreadsheet or some other project management dash board.
Currently, I have about 1000 in salesforce, however most of them are not active clients. My business sends about 50-70 engagement letters out, 100 - 150 invoices, annually.
Please provide the proposal that can demonstrate knowledge of the specific processes you will provide, improve, along with your prior experience doing so. Have to have LinkedIn profile with relevant experience.
