We are a magazine that has about 50,000 subscribers nation wide. Right now we have a third party that is hosting and maintaining our data on a month to month basis, but we are going to bring that in house and use the Salesforce App. I need a bid on this project. How long will it take? How much? Ultimately, we will want to track clients (people that advertise w/ us), customers (people that subscribe with us) and important data that is related to both of those such as revenues, subscription type, etc. We also probably want to track sales processes for our advertising agents, integrate with quickbooks and integrate w/ our marketing automation tool. We will have around 8 salesforce licenses. What would be your cost to set this up? Also what would be your cost to maintain our Salesforce app as a Salesforce Admin on a month to month basis post implementation. I do not want to dive to deep at this point and this is preliminary.
