Hello, seeking qualified candidates who have extensive experience with placing bids on foreclosed houses (every damage must be reported and bid); Need someone who can put in long hours daily and who can make minimal to no mistakes. Must have decent english/grammar. This position pays per work order uploaded and we use propertypreswizard and LPS fieldscape. I would assign you work orders and you would complete them that day. Before anything gets submitted, I check over the bids/work orders for accuracy. The pay is $7/hour (with monthly reviews for raises), with the possibility to make anywhere from 50-150 per day consistently. This is an ongoing position with plenty of work load. The three most important things: 1. Don't miss any bids 2. Make sure the contractors completed the bid approvals or did what they were supposed to do at the property 3. Get all of the work orders completed within the same day that I assign. If you do all three of those, you will continue to have a job
