I am looking for an editor for an urgent project: a thesis in the field of comparative literature. Specifically, it deals with East European travelogues (e.g. German, Russian, Polish, etc.) in the interwar period with a particular focus on issues of modernity, identity, and self-fashioning. I'm looking for someone with an excellent command of literary English and some experience with academic writing in the humanities, especially literary studies, history, religion, etc. This is a work in progress and needs to be completed in portions over the course of a couple of weeks, starting now, and will total anywhere between 200-300 pages. I am attaching a 2-page sample with some additional instructions. If you could do all or part of it so that I have a sample of your work, it would give both of us a good idea of what to expect. As this is truly urgent, your more or less immediate availability would be crucial. The exact rate is negotiable. Thanks, and looking forward to hearing from you!
