Our company moved to a new server recently but since that move, Gmail thinks were are a spammer and rate-limits emails delivered from our new IP address. I have repeatedly submitted complaints to them asking for removal from their black list with some success but then they rate limit us again a few days later.
Currently, we send about 120+ emails a day to Gmail users each day which they only pickup from our server at about 7pm nightly in one mass delivery. We do not spam - they are free-from typed up emails from people in our company writing clients, business partners, etc.
I have a DKIM record, SPF record, DMARC record and PTR record on our DNS server. I need help checking the validity of these records for syntax errors or other errors that I might not be seeing that might be negatively effecting our IP reputation.
Secondly, I just need general guidance on what to do to resolve this problem.
