We are planning to build our industry specific solution on SugarCRM platform and for this I need some developments to be carried out. In total there are 9 enhancements. I have recorded a screen capture video to explain what these requirements are. And will provide access to the consultant. My objective in this exercise is some expert to go through this video and give me idea about the estimated time required for enhancement, complexity, and the approach to be taken (eg features to be used). All the work needs to be done within standard SugarCRM platform. So I need somebody who is well versed with SOAP, REST, Logic hooks, custom modules, PHP, and Java. Typically I expect this to be few hours of work. The video I recorded is 25 minutes, but then you will need to think over and let me know the best way. Once this task is completed then I will start the actual development (under sepatate job) and will like one of the initial consultants, who participated under this above exercise to be a part of. The development will be done on SugarCRM enterprise hosted on demand with SugarCRM.

For us the order is just the start of the process to ensure our customers get the best care in the industry. We currently utilize ZOHO CRM and it works well for us but could do with some further small tweaking in regards workflows etc. we are considering to use zoho project to manage the build & delivery process once an order has been received.which would then hand off to support for any after sales issues etc and also linked with zoho survey to start looking at customer satisfaction ratings etc.
