Currently my company is deciding on what CRM sofware we are going to be using as we just launched two new companies and need a lot of customization. We will be discussing with all applicants to educate us on the different CRM sofware available, we will explain our needs and have you help decide on what will be our crm. We do not want to change down the road once we have customized this. So our largest concern is the monthly pricing for the CRM software especially as our company size grows. At the same time we cannot afford to be limited on features and customization, API's, not enough calls, etc.
Once we decide on what CRM we will be going with, we will then move on to the second phase of hiring either one or more developers to start multiple projects in developing the CRM.
Having a strong background in API integration into the CRM will be a critical factor.
