we're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to secure and manage clients for our marketing company. The selected candidate will be securing clients for the public relations arm of our operation
Should we select you, your responsibilities will be to :
- Identify and nurture relationships with prospective clients via phone, email, in-person meetings or other communication tools
-Write weekly reports documenting progress in the field
-Research, recommend and execute strategies for client growth
-Collaborate and liaise with team members and partners
-Proactively source and close client leads
You will be part of our marketing team sourcing, developing, and converting leads as a unit. We expect you to contribute substantially to the team as we strongly believe success is a team effort. Upon selection, we'll add you to our management platform and send you a guide.
We'll also send details of other team members you'll collaborate with as well as details of our partners who help us handle projects. The platform we use is Trello. We use it to manage team affairs as well as our sales and marketing funnel so experience using Trello will be a plus.
Should the selected candidate perform well in this role, there's room in our organisation for advancement into senior roles with greater responsibility and thus increased compensation.
