We currently have dashboards set up within the Dashboards feature of Salesforce however there are 4 custom reports required. 1. Actual Verses Target sales for both overall team and individual salesperson - needs to be shown as a percentage. i.e. If the target is 100k and the salesperson achieves 85k of sales it will read as 85% in a bar graph 2. Conversion Rate cart - a report that shows me the percentage of all closed won sales against the closed lost opportunities. It needs to avoid reading all the current open opportunities. 3. Open Leads to Converted leads percentage 4. Average Sale - dollar value of all closed won opportunities These are the current requirements however there may be more need once these are done. These reports will need to be setup within my Salesforce Login - we currently have the Professional edition. These reports need to be very visually pleasing and will be incorporated into the Dashboard not used as a detailed report designed to be read.
