Candidates with B2B business management Salesforce & data.com experience preferred.
Need to Launch Salesforce to achieve better CRM:
- Data importing and cleaning (Mass importing & Mass cleaning);
- Know administrator role as assigning user permission for each different sales person with different roles;
- Utilized the analytics tools and dashboards embedded in the Salesforce to monitor the performance of the salespeople through using the Salesforce (including leads generation, opportunity follow up, sales performance, forcasting);
- Microsoft Excel data sorting skill needed (Need to sort out the data in Excel to make it a CSV file before Salesforce importing);
- Familiar with Salesforce integrated functions such as: Data.com, Marketing, Service, Analytics, Salesforce Chatter, Call Centre;
- Know how to implement and use the Salesforce iOS mobile app "Salesforce1".
