Certified Salesforce.com Administrator.
2+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce.com CRM solution: solid hands-on experience with Salesforce.com in an administrative or development role. Also expertise in Salesforce.com architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
Solid understanding of standard Salesforce objects, best practices, security settings, Apex, validation rules, Visual Force, etc.
Experience with third-party tools and plugins for Salesforce.
Experience with structured software development methodologies/processes, including testing, change management and release management.
100+ user count implementation experience.
