For speed optimization of my website, I got help from wp rocket guys. But unfortunately there were some difficulties in my website so they couldn't help me further. Now, I'm looking for someone who help me with the problems they mentioned in their email to me.
This is their reply to me:
I’m having a hard time doing anything in your WP Admin, because the site reacts very, very slow. Before I activated our plugin again, I measured a Time To First Byte (TTFB) of over 10 seconds. That’s the time it takes for the server to respond to a browser request.
Those performance issues are not related to our plugin, but to the general setup of your server, and possibly other plugins. I installed the Query Monitor plugin to check for any slow database queries. It has a toolbar menu item, you can ask your developers to see for themselves. There are several issues with slow queries caused by other plugins.
Another issue I experienced last week and again now is that the site (back-end and front-end) goes down when I activate the CDN or CloudFlare options, which is most likely related to those general server-side performance issues. When a CDN tries to pull files from the site, it causes load on the server. Usually, the server can handle that. But if a server already has issues and reacts slowly, the additional load can cause temporary timeouts and the entire site is not reachable for a couple of minutes.
At this point, I don’t see see how we can complete the configuration of WP Rocket as you expect it (with CDN and/or CloudFlare enabled) on a server and/or WordPress setup with serious issues like the ones described.
The best recommendation we have is for you to get your general WordPress setup checked for plugins causing slow queries, as well as to check your hosting plan
Currently, the site becomes inaccessible whenever I try to save anything.
From our point of view, it would make sense to resolve those server performance issues before taking any further steps with your website. Services like CloudFlare can help with the connectivity of a website, but if a site has issues like yours currently, those services can’t resolve the situation.
* The configuration of wp rocket plugin and Keycdn and cloudflare have been done, the CDNs are paused because of the problem they explained.
* My webhosting is a2hosting (shared turbo plan) and it supports http/2 and it should be very fast but unfortunately my website is really slow. (specially the backend, plugins page) They tested and announced there are no issues with the server.
* Another expert, analysed the site and he told me because there are 70 active plugins I have to get a VPS and this is the main reason that website is slow.
* So now, I want to know is there anyone who can fix the slow speed without removing any plugin or changing the plan to VPS. As I'm student, if you can consider discount in your estimates, I will appreciate that.
