General information for the business: We have several e-commerce stores Description of support work: Replying to customers support tickets every day. Usually takes no more than half an hour. Preferably done twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening. Also managing FB pages on a daily basis. Replying to customers with a link to products they're asking about. Posting niche specific content on each of the fan pages. Reporting back each day with any customer order edits/replacements. Should take around an hour a day all in. Will grow over time as the business is growing. We currently do around 6000 orders/month.

I need someone who will go to "for sale by owner" web sites and contact the sellers who fit our criteria. These are web sites that help homeowners sell their houses without a Realtor. I am a real estate investor and I buy homes from folks who advertise on these sites. You will be sending them a simple email to see if they are interested in selling to us. I will give you several URLs of these "for sale by owner" (FSBO) sites and will ask you to do a little research and find more of them if you can. I have created a screen capture video to show you how to do this job. It also explains a little bit about why I am doing it. It is about 40 minutes long and I'd ask you to watch after we accepted your bid and before you started the job. I will provide the written message you will use to contact the home sellers through the web sites. You will not be calling them on the phone. You will either be emailing them or filling out a web form on the web site that sends them an email. You will send these messages to folks who are selling their homes on craigslist and other "for sale by owner" web sites. I will give you the exact criteria of which sellers to contact. You will need to create several email addresses through or so that we can send more of these messages. If we send too many messages from the same email address, the web sites will not allow them to go through. I'd like you to send approximately 100-200 of these messages per week. After the messages are sent, we will get responses from some of the sellers. I would like you to do one of two things with these responses: 1. If they contact us by phone (my message to them will contain our voicemail number) and leave a message on my voicemail, I would like you to transcribe their voice message and forward it to my assistant and I by email. 2. If they respond by email to one of the free email accounts you set up on or, I'd like you to forward the email to me AND enter their name and contact information into a web form that I will provide. So, to do this job, you will need access to a computer and a phone line to access my voicemail messages. You will also need to have good English skills so you can understand the messages that are left and transcribe them properly. You must enter these sellers into the database (after they email you in response to your initial contact) EVERY DAY. It is vital that you enter their names in the web form on the same business day they contact us. We find that if we wait even one day after they contact us, our ability to gain their trust and buy their house drops dramatically. By the way, when you enter them into the web form (I will provide the link) they will get an automatic email from me with all the info about my offer. This job should take 2-4 hours per week once you get up and running. We would like to initially hire you for 4 weeks, but will extend it for much longer if things work out. It may take a couple hours more work the first time you do the job.
