Come work for a woman-owned tech company! We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable techs to help our clients resolve 1st and 2nd level support issues.
Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies
Create documentation of procedures & friendly knowledgebase articles
Monitor backups and restore data as needed
Monitor antivirus, run scans, and clean viruses as needed
Install, configure and upgrade software and operating systems
Work on a variety of special IT projects and assignments.
We’re looking for techs to work both remotely and locally. Please let us know where you’re located, whether you prefer to work locally or remotely, and what time zone you work in.
Proven ability to perform the responsibilities listed above.
Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while resolving technical issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Ability to read/write in French a plus)
Experience with both Mac and Windows systems.
Experience with servers and networking equipment a plus.
