I'm trying to enhance the efficiency of some pdf form filling via data collected from clients on my website. On the client side, I have information that they are entering into a website form which will be saved into a database. I then have PDF forms (for which I am unable to change the current format) which I would like to populate with the data in the database. This is a data mapping exercise however it is complicated due to the fact I am working to fill a fixed form design. An example part of the PDF form is included as an attachment. This project is at an early stage so there is also potential for further involvement of additional projects.
