I have various projects but want to test upwork out with a small project. I would like to have a macro made for excel that finds duplicates column by column and turns them into blank cells...then delete out all those blank cells. The current file I have has 850 this would need be looped. Hi I have an excel template which has certain fields that go into a database, lets say for example 20 columns and 20 rows for now, it will be MUCH larger in realtime however for this example use the above. We have 20 clients that have the above data, when posting new data into their spreadsheet it must check and update ours (perhaps a chron job can be used for this on linux? unsure). In summary, we need to setup an SFTP service, we need to pull data from those spreadsheets that they upload into it, once uploaded into our repository (SFTP) then it must check for any new data/changes and update the database accordingly to show on the webpage. Our client posts customer data in a spreadsheet > loads into sftp > our server checks that if any changes > if so, updates database > displays on web page We need to create: -SFTP -Post/Pull service -Website (black and white basic with a login and then show data, nothing else) -Database (MySQL is fine) for the test data from the spreadsheet -Check the data posts correctly onto the website -Change some information within the spreadsheet, upload and see if it updates the information on the website again - Data protection/secure the box If you have an alternative method for the above, essentially we are being sent customer data and we need to update our databases within a 5 minute service level so we must guarantee that the data they post into our SFTP will update a database and show. Again if you have an alternative method then that is fine.
