hi, I need an wordpress expert to customize a wordpress website and implement a database. the website is for a B2B engineer consulting that has a lot a projects that needs to be displayed on the website. I'd need to automate the creation of the project wordpress pages. HERE IS WHAT I NEED: from on the admin interface, I'd to be able to input some information (in a form, and something like that) to generate automatically different informations: 1/ a project wordpress page displaying some current information (project budget, location, type of services, etc.) but also a custom text field (about the project itself) and some images (different for each project). - note: we already have a wordpress template for this project page so it will be great if we could keep it. however it isn't mandatory is the new proposed template looks nice. 2/ this new project will be added to a page including all projects. same thing here: this page already exists so it will be nice if we could keep it and update it automatically. but it isn't mandatory. 3/ a PDF of the project that will be available as download (download button) on the new wordpress project page. - note: a google analytics event tracking code should be generated automatically in the download button so we can track it in google analytics. 4/ a PDF list/spreadsheet including all projects info (that will update each time a new reference is input). - note: this document should be made available as download on the all projects page (see 2/) and should included a google analytics event tracking code PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: - the admin interface needs to look (decently) nice, simple, easy to use and not buggy. - the generated pages need to generated existing wordpress pages (or look nice) and included a . - the generated documents POST AN APPLICATION ONLY: - you have some serious experience in that kind of work (I'll be looking at your upwork references) - you're available since I want this to be complete quickly once the project starts - you're fluent in english in order to ease communication thank you :) Patrick

We are a 30 year old, small business, serviced based company offering a portfolio of "risk and liability products". Our foray with online business began over 20 years ago and has continued growing eversince. Our company front and backend system is starting to become dated with technology moving forward with new user requirements and flat design language with mobile compatibility. The primary function of the site is to 1. Allow customers to make service purchases online 2. Read about the company, locations, hours, and literature online (i.e. typical external website) 3. Take payments and issue receipts for sales 4. Retain customer information and customer transactions 5. Generate and Review reports / track data The goal is to rewrite the site with newer requirements so no complexity exists to ensure backwards compatibility to existing system. The new system is expected to plug into "some" existing infrastructure, but mostly there is no major constraints. Many cookie cutter management / receipt systems are available but only gets us 90% there. We are looking for a solution that 100% fits the company's needs. This project is intended to be a straight forward one for intermediate / experienced freelancers familiar with database platforms in the backend with a GUI on the frontend. There is no strong requirement on the GUI look and feel, though a few examples are provided to show which direction we are looking to take. This helps streamline the process as most of the layout and design decisions have been made. We also have an eye-chart that can be shared that provides a good overview of what we are looking for. This can be shared once we have screened candidates for the position. Please be sure to share portfolio demonstrating relevant work to this when submitting application. Candidates chosen here will also likely be used for bigger projects down the road with very similar skillset required.
