Here is a KML file with polygons that show the boundary lines of US counties & congressional districts. https://www.census.gov/geo/maps-data/data/cbf/cbf_couwithincd.html I need these lines converted into LatLong points at 1m increments (so each point along the boundary is 1mx1m), and stored in our Backendless.com account. Associated with each point, I would need: (A) the bearing of that point's parent boundary line at that point; (B) the bearing of the line that perpendicularly intersects (A); (C) the 2 adjoining districts that are associated with that point (one on either side of the line) Then I need to set up an API that our app project can call to retrieve the closest set of points within a 10-20 mile radius of the user's location (which we will pass via our call). Please instruct me on how you are going to structure this, what I may be missing, and how I can make this request more accurate for you.

Looking for an experienced django developers to help out as needed on an ongoing project. The project exists as a prototype that we're looking to optimize and add features to. Right now what we want is to build out a small team of excellent developers who we can count on when new work comes in. The project is just getting started so expect a solid 6-8 months of work with maintenance on the tail end. There are 4 main areas where we are looking for additional people. Design, frontend, and backend, Sysops. A solid backend and sysops foundation is the priority at the moment as we continue defining the data structure, but the this will by nature be a very frontend heavy website so we will be recruiting both concurrently. An existing data structure is setup, so what we need is a backend dev to optimize it and continue adding to it as feature requests come in. As well, the data structure and thus, the dev, should play nice with REST, opening up resource endpoints that can be picked up by the frontend dev for AJAX and angularjs use. To be clear this is a trial basis offer. We're looking for people who are focused, communicate well, can time manage, and are driven by the end result.
