I've had a platform built in PHP Yii2. But the company that built it with me does not give me support with the database. I need the database to be as slim as possible, but keeping the website up (right now it's down and we'll need to get it back up with a little config on the hosting). Rackspace is getting more and more expensive while I'm looking for a programmer to help out with it, not easy to find. The website itself is similar to but targeting Portuguese speaking users. We have a backend for users, posts administration, changing the algorithm. This is already all built, but maybe that is relevant for the database management.

We are looking for a long term, flexible Virtual Assistant to support our growing business and be able to grow with us. My client currently uses as their carpet cleaning appointment and billing software. It runs on pc+server local setup. There is no web version, and no plan to build one. We need to build something with similar function and layout to use for ourselves (and possibly sell to others) Also eventually we would like to build a complimenting app so we'd like the development to keep that in mind. I have File Maker Pro. I run courses, and my customers need to redo these courses every 1 or 3 years (depending on the course). I want File Maker to send me an alert one month before my customers are due to redo their course, so I can send them a reminder. I'm looking for a detail-oriented person to help with some data entry / database updating work on several medium-sized academic-oriented websites. Typically, your tasks would include updating outdated listings and adding new ones as needed. This might include: - tracking down missing information through web research - editing and re-writing short copy - verifying information During any given week, the time commitment needed would be in the neighborhood of 10-20 hours per week. This work is highly flexible, in terms of when you'd put in the time and where you work from.
