Looking for an experienced developer to develop the basic framework and architecture for an Appcelerator-powered mobile walking tour app. The mobile application will download content and resources from a MySQL DB and store the information locally. The functionality of the application is as follows: 1. Utilize the Google Maps API to track user location, send proximity-based push notifications when near tour stops, and present the user with tours based on their proximity. 2. The playback of video and audio, even when the screen is locked. 3. Track and record User Interactions to provide insights into the User Experience. 4. Have a social login and the ability to share content. 6. Implement the FLICKR API for public domain photos at various tour locations. Additional functionality may be added depending on the proposed contract. Additional functionality includes: 1. The use of WikiPlaces and Google Places API to chart additional locations on the tour map. 2. Implementation of Vuforia for Augmented Reality. 3. Allowing users to choose from a list of preferred tours. 4. Tracking and saving user preferences and places they've already stopped. The project has a dedicated designer that is currently developing assets. However, for this particular project, I am looking for someone to only develop the framework, implement the API's, establish the working connection with the, and engineer the UX. In other words, I'm looking for someone to develop a fully-functional, interactive wireframe. The project will be completed by our in house designers and programmers. We have wireframe designs ready to send over and a completed UX flowchart and architecture for your use.

I am looking for someone who has EXPERIENCE in creating a Mainland China WeChat Service Account or a Mainland China WeChat Account where I can purchase the sole use of for web-app user authentication. I then want to add WeChat authentication to my web-app (see attachment for project details). I have a web-app called Winsite and currently users who want to use our web-app can sign-in (authenticate) using Facebook and Mobile. Being a New Zealand based company FB and Mobile auth. works fine for local users however we get many coming from Mainland China and they don't have FB or a Mobile that works here in NZ. So I am looking for an authentication solution for our Mainland Chinese users. WeChat seems to be the best platform to use as they have millions of Mainland Chinese users. I tried creating my own account with WeChat and there are a few complexities here; 1. WeChat has two platforms, Mainland China and 'Overseas'. Users from Mainland China can not sign-in or interact with 'Overseas' users but 'Overseas' users can interact and sign-in on the Mainland China platform. In order to create a Mainland China Account you need to have a Company Registration Certificate in China and a Chinese ID and maybe even phone number - which i dont have. 2. You need to have a 'Service' Account in order to integrate with WeChats API and have auth. feature however when you first create an account you start with a 'Subscription' Account and you need to get 500 followers before you can apply to upgrade to a 'Service' Account. **Please only apply if you have dont this before**

Jamify is an ios app that allows people to record analog music, (or digitally prerecorded tracks) and mix it down with other peoples music. With using Jamify you can turn any track on or off in any music mix and to record whole new compositions without affecting any of the original compositions or instrument stems. And the best part is that it does it all in 3 button clicks - From track toggling, to record, to post. Jamify also has the capability to work with more advanced programming tools like iOS garage band which can then be easily imported into Jamify with one click of a button. We are aiming at making music production accessible to the world for free so that we can create a global conversation in the one language we all have… music. This is where you come in. To make this sticky we need social elements like Instagram. We need likes, comments and ability to follow. There shouldnt be too much work. Below is what we need to add to Jamify ios: The back-end server side built out for: a) likes (this is already built into some of the pages). Create the ability to see and like posts in the feed, profile and track detail page. b) comments - ability to write and read comments on tracks in the track detail page. See number of comments on the feed post and in the personal profile c) plays - see number of plays for the tracks in the feed posts, profile and track detail page. d) follows - a way to follow and be followed in the profile page, which will provide a notification every time a person you are following uploads a new track or notifies you if someone is following you. e) Notification tab - a general place in the bottom menu bar that updates you on all these social elements that have been happening and provides a red numeral notification in the app and for the home screen. NOTE: We already have a backend built out in Ruby and so we need these additional elements added. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Josh

The purpose of the app is to be able to tie a reference number to a specific location. More details will be provided upon request. Current local developers have proposed Meteor as a development solution, but I am open to suggestions.
