I am embarking on a new project and hope to be able to find a contractor which is confident enough of working together with me on this project.
I need to build a CRM cum POS Solutions for the local F&B Market in Singapore.

The contractor submitting proposal for this job, needs to be someone familiar with the F&B market, And also very familiar with how the Point of Sales works. what is X report, what is Z report, what is gross sales, what it net sales, what is net profit. Needs to have done something similar before and have enough resources for the job. needs to know what a POS in a restaurant needs to have, for example, spilt bills, merge table, table management, reservation, etc...
You need to do up everything from scratch explore into communications between the devices etc. and also work on documentation and products guide, user guide etc.
I am looking at release to market by end of Q3 of 2016 which is September.
Draft out a detailed workflow on how the equipment communicate with one another and also explore into working with both Android and IOS devices.
and also not to forget, provide remote support.
Also i would like to highlight that this project if it does get started, it will be on going, meaning i would require you to have resources to continue the project on monthly basis as in resolving bugs adding enhancement working on special requirement from customers. integration with other vendors and malls FTP uploading of Sales Data requirement
The F&B Solutions i am working towards needs to be a smart solutions for the F&B Industry, enabling them to save on manpower and up the productivity
The POS Frontend needs to works with IOS Ipad and also any receipt printers available on the market.
The brief scope of this project, is.
in a restaurant whereby manpower is little, everyone needs to be informed of the orders and what to do, our products is to help them to be efficient and productivity.
A customer walk into this restaurant with our technology.
the waiter goes up to him with an Ipad. we called this the waiter e-menu. Takes down his order and once done immediately the orders goes to the Kitchen. showing the orders that is placed. on both the printer and also the kitchen KDS ( Kitchen Display Solutions) ( Ipad Pro or Android ) and if there is drinks the drinks order will appear on the Drinks KDS
We also must cater for amendments of orders, be it increase or decrease or cancellation after the initial order is done.
Once the food is done, on the Kitchen, the chef press on the screen done button. the waiter on the front restaurant carrying a Smart Watch ( IOS or Android) will be notified and he will know from the screen that what is the food ready and to which table it is to be sent to. so he will then proceed to the kitchen to take the food and send it to the table.
There is another scenario to this. Customer walk into the Restaurant, there is only one service crew and he is tied down. he show the customer to the table, Take out the Customer E-menu Ipad, punch in a security code, and then punch in the table number of that table and pass the ipad to the customer, customer then will proceed to explore the menu and place the order themselves, once done they can view their cart as in what they ordered and what is the final pricing they will be expected to pay. if they are ok with the order, they press on the send order and the orders will be sent to the respective KDS and printers.
On the backend, reporting and administration must be solid. Reports in charts for sales figure etc. also module for COG ( Cost of Goods ) down to the ingredient level.
and i would need the reports and all details sync to a cloud server so that managers and bosses will have accurate report at any point of time using their mobile phone etc.
