We are looking for a VMWare expert version 5.0 to help us troubleshoot an issue with rebuilding a VM and Network Adapter configuration issues. We rebuilt a VM (Windows 2008) from backup and when we add the Network Adapters it doesn't give the correct ones with the correct IP addresses or names. Preferably someone that is available and able to work until the problem is fixed.

I have a windows 2012 server. Connected to a MiktroTik router. The connection is working as our IP CCTV system is running and can be accessed externally. When you connect a PC to the network it does not give an IP address and no internet access. When you login to the server it's got a yellow ! mark on the networking icon near the clock and can't access the internet. I need someone skilled in Windows server/networking who can try to troubleshoot this with me via the phone on skype. I need someone who can do it today and start right away. I will pay per hour. Thanks

This is done with the following tool: https://www.ubnt.com/downloads/discovery/ubnt-discovery-v2.4.1.zip We need a library that we can use on Java (Android) that we can tell it to start scanning (just like the original tool) and when a device is found, automatically set it to inform to a specified URL in the source. Here's how a Mikrotik router would do it using DHCP Option 43: You have to keep your controller on the defulat port 8080, as the phone (and others unifi equipments), are using the DHCP options 43 IP and build the INFORM URL like that http://IP_ADDRESS_FROM_DHCP_OPTIONS_43:8080/inform and you just need to adopt them in the controller in the site you want, no need to do another set-inform, this will be automatically set, and provisioned. ...
