These recipes will be creatively written of proper food that people actually eat (NOT Icelandic sheep brain breakfast cake or similar) and shall include instructions, and nutritious values such as protein, carbs, fat, etc. and must follow the Ketogenic Diet rules. Recipes do not have to be original (but you MUST include your sources). Each recipe should include a description/introduction of 10-25 words, which MUST be original. It's okay to modify ingredients in a recipe to make them freezer-friendly. Freezer friendly means no dairy, no leafy green vegetable or soft vegetable like cucumbers, etc that cook in the slow cooker. These are meals that will be prepared over the weekend and frozen until the day it is cooked. For each week, please include one meatless recipe and at least one or more chicken recipes. Ethnic recipes are okay. Prefer recipes to have 8-15 ingredients that are common in the US. Each meal should feed 4 (up to 6) You must be familiar with slow cooking and menu planning.
