I need a one month clean eating meal plan for one with a weekly shopping list. Meals must be able to be made from a griddle/panini press, a convection toaster oven, and/or a microwave. I am ok with some meals repeating to save time and money on meal prep. I am looking for a Registered Dietitian in the U.S. who can calculate how many calories I need each day along with fat, protein, and carbohydrates for fat loss and muscle gain. I work out 5 times a week and have a physically demanding job. As far as the types of food I want included in my meal plan, I like steak, salmon, chicken, crab, most fruits and vegetables, and rice; however, I dislike things such as tuna, carrots, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and pickles.
I intend on using this meal plan as a 30 day cycle menu. I will be reviewing the initial meal plan and asking for any adjustments based on costs or foods that I prefer.
