We are looking for an experience Instructional Designer with experience designing and implementing leadership-related instructional web based content.
Knowledge of learning and competency assessment tools, skill development exercises, take-away job aids, and other training products for businesses and organizations would be an asset.
Experience with developing in-class, online, and video-based learning materials covering a wide range of topics for leaders, managers, and front-line staff.
Experience with working with competency and performance management frameworks in the design of learning content.
Experience with the Adobe Connect environment would be an asset.
This position would involve translating and modifying existing content from classroom trainer led format to an online modular format in Adobe connect.
