I need someone experienced in creating/cleaning lists and doing web research (Google Maps, government websites, etc) to confirm that all required data is in the list and that the data is valid.
- convert large .txt or pdf files (1M+ records) into excel making sure data (city, state, zip, etc.) is split into separate columns (Text to Columns).
- fill in missing data by accessing government property search websites (imacros or similar skills a huge plus)
- confirm validity of data (property value) by comparing data against other real estate websites (zillow.com, realtor.com, ebay, google, etc).
This is the first of many lists to come, so it could lead to going work!
