I am a real estate entrepreneur, currently small scale commercial and multi-family residential, I co-own an education LLC that preps high school students for college entry exams and I manage a physician group. I am putting together a proposal/presentation for a hospital to expand the physician group to include nurse practitioners and will be looking at expanding our education LLC’s scope of work to include a web-based platform as currently we perform live seminars only. I have a significant family commitment as well and up to this point I have handled many of the daily tasks involved with these ventures and family on my own. I have surpassed a point where I am in need of a competent, reliable, and intelligent virtual assistant proficient in English to free up more time and--if you prove exceedingly competent--help with management of these ventures. Initially I will require tasks ranging from web research and data collation in PowerPoint and Excel to arranging schedules, travel plans and possibly even assistance with my children’s geometry and calculus homework. I am located in South Carolina, US (Eastern Standard Time).
Most of all, I need a VA that can take directions but, as we grow in our relationship, will work WITH me, not FOR me. Elaborating on this, I will give out tasks to complete with clear directions. I will expect my VA to ask questions if the directions are not clear and--this is of key importance to grow our relationship--to suggest ways to improve how our business is handled. I have assembled a team of attorneys, accountants, and consultants and need a VA that will become a valuable, long-term and stable member of that team. If you prove yourself to be that person, my expectation would include you being the first line of contact for most of my business encounters, contacting other business professionals on my behalf, creating executive summaries on given topics, and finding new persons to hire for the team on Upwork. Attention to detail is an absolute requirement so please include the phrase "Seize the day" in your application.
At a minimum, I am specifically looking for someone with:

- Availability: I do not expect you to be online waiting for my task every waking minute,
but I expect an email response within 24 hours.

I will give a trial period of 30 days to see if we are a good fit. Work at first may be sporadic, likely a few hours per week but as tasks accrue, I expect more hours to be needed. Additionally, I will reward excellent work and initiative with additional responsibility and periodic wage increases.
As an initial task, I need web based research to locate a vehicle for company use. Specifically I am looking for a used Ford Expedition, 8-passenger, with 20,000 miles or less, no older than 2014 model year, a clean title and car fax (no reported accidents), in black or charcoal exterior color, with leather interior (gray or tan interior leather color preferred), needs to be within a 300 mile distance of the US zip code 29901 and can be for sale from an individual or car dealership. I need the list in Excel format with headings including price, miles, model year, ext. color, int. color, location (city, state), distance from area code and contact phone number and email if available of seller and I need the list sorted by price.
