We are looking for a copywriter with solid command of the US english language and superb written communication skills. You will be helping us develop a series of email, webinar, website, and social media promotional campaigns to help us have a more positive impact on more lives.
After being provided a basic brief for each campaign or request, the successful candidate will
-understand the needs of our request and organization
-deliver exceptionally above what is requested, in a timely manner, "heart centered" copy that embraces and amplifies the values of our organization in a digestible, clear, compelling copy that converts readers to subscribers and/or customer
-know when to push the boundaries, be edgy and stand out and when to play safe
-research and curate content as needed to ensure success, citing sources where appropriate
-create own, original copy (plagiarism and anything bordering on it is strictly unacceptable)
-make recommendations for improving campaigns beyond the basic essentials
Candidates with an interest and experience in whole-food plant-based living, exercise, lifestyle medicine, health education, helping people address problems with type 2 diabetes, obesity/overweight, cholesterol, blood pressure, or depression should note this in their application and provide work examples related to this field.
