We are looking for someone to set up a CRM system for our customers who purchase from us and new leads that come in.
This is an online Audio/Video accessory business and we are on three platforms, Ebay, Amazon & Magento.
Essentially we want to send out monthly news letters and other marketing material to keep our customers engaged with us.
We have different levels of customers who all need different communication and service levels.
We also want a way to keep track of leads that come in so that we can follow up every month or so.
We need this system set up as well as run on a ongoing monthly basis.
Please only apply if you have extensive experience in this area and can provide us with examples of your past work.
We are looking for someone to bring ideas and solutions for this project.
This would be an ongoing part time position.
