We have a client that we jointly presented at a national conference together. For this event we recorded the 45min presentation, and I would like the presentation & slides to be converted into a fairly robust case study (CONTENT ONLY, NO Design) on, how we (DCG) helped Allstate our customer implement the capabilities required to win in Data Governance Operations, Enterprise Metadata Management & Intelligence and Data Quality Management. In the case study it is important to highlight that these capabilities were implemented in a way the aligns to how we guide organization's in the implementation of the Office of Data with an organizational charter of managing the company's Data Supply Chain. For this project, you will use the videos and slides to establish the first draft. You will then need to schedule interviews of the DCG presenter to fill in the blanks or answer questions that you have formulated through the draft process. Lastly, you will need to create a robust link-back strategy to other key artifacts/content on our website. For this to be effective, we feel that the existing content (namely our downloadable guides & blogs) should used as influential content when drafting the first draft of the case study. In scope: - All content (page length of at least 12 pages of pure content - 12 font, single spaced) - content layout & flow (how readers should explore...) - External references to other sources of content to support any of the key positions of the case study Out of scope: - Design of any kind is not in scope -- all content The videos & slideware of the event will be provided once a resource as been selected.

I am looking for someone who can work along these lines: - 1st|Call: we straighten and align the voice the text needs to have, what order I want things in, which CTAs are important, what result I want from the language, what is a good Executive Summary and isnt. I will then redo a lot of the wording, send you the results and set a new time - 2nd|Call: we go over what needs to be done from here - what I can do and what you can do. I will also have new info on how my website is going to work, and how the text can influence design and vice versa.
