the specified substrate.

Perform the designs using Dishal’s method. Analyse the filter performance using CST Studio.
If necessary, use optimization in CST to adjust the design to meet the specifications. Avoid
gap sizes smaller than 0.3 mm. Provide a layout for the synthesized filter in Gerber format.
Measure the response of the filter prototype. Also measure the response of the amplifier
module and of the filter connected to the amplifier.
Present your findings in the form of a formal report. Highlight differences between:
(i) the original specifications and the predicted filter response,
(ii) the theoretical and measured filter response and
(iii) the measured and theoretically predicted frequency response of the
combined circuit, given the measured data for the two components.
