Hello, I need a customized bootloader as source code for the stm32f4 and F0 series. The bootloader will be used in a system, which is interconnected with halfduplex RS-485. Multiple Controller in the system will have their own ID and there is a master mcu. Its not relevant how to get the bootloader into the system, its allowed to use SWD or JTAG. I would also need a puristic gui where I can upload the firmware into the controller. For the start I only need to evaluate the bootloader with a discovery board, later on it would be great to select each controller in the system for update via a spinbox. Also a small tool, where the firmware is encrypted, would be cool including the ability to write the key into it. It would be a plus, if the bootloader can have encryption. Best Regards, Antony

Create a voltage plan listing Wire Runs for low voltage FX lighting LED lights (mainly 1 and 3 LED fixtures) based on attached diagram. Layout TIPS for Optimal Installation and Results: TIP #1 Lower loads per run means lower voltage drop. This is not much of a concern for LED systems since voltage drop for most systems is minimal. But if your system is large (more than 15 fixtures or about 100W) break your layout up into multiple cable runs of ~ 100-150 watts per run. If you have more than 150 watts in an area -- break it up into 2 runs. For LEDs, lower wattages mean you can group more fixtures onto single runs, but keep in mind that it still makes sense to use one home run wire for each zone; this is more energy efficient and makes for easier troubleshooting. TIP#2 Break your layout into Distance Zones. For example, put fixtures 15-30 ft away from the transformer on one run; fixtures 25-40 ft on another run; fixtures 30-50 ft on another run; and so on. The goal is to have all the fixtures on a run be roughly the same distance from the transformer so they have similar amounts of voltage drop. That way when you adjust for voltage drop by increasing the voltage for that one run, the lights are not over-volted or under-volted.

The product is meant for use in the horse business. Now prototype nr 3 is done, this prototype is used for research and gave me sight to the final requirements for the product. The product is a small electronic (peristaltic) pump system, working on a transmitter and receiver. The product contains several main parts: - the part where the transmitter is build in, to fit the transmitter has to be very small and the part needs to have a ergonomic design. - the part containing the pump and batteries. Main issue here is the peristaltic pump needs to be small and light, but with a tube of inside diameter of 6mm (or 7mm) and the pump needs to be powerfull enough, BUT working on rechargable battery pack, which can be taken out for charging. Battey life must be long enough. (peristaltic pump does not have to do any complicated or very precise things. - Housing around the pump / battery pack, must be shockproof, waterproof, dustproof, BUT ligt and ergonomical - (soft plastic) Containers with smart filling option - One metal (aluminium) part / mabye leather as well - Connection system (ergonomic) design, probably made of neoprene To have good insight of ergonomic possibilities of the product you need (to get) some knowledge about horses, saddles and bridles and riders. The product needs to be developed ready so I can get a patent and get it into manufacturing. I need a actual perfect working prototype what looks like the product you can buy after manufacturing. Probably most of the parts you will need for the design already exist, maybe some parts need to be designed especially for this product. Most important thing is the product needs to be as cheap to manufacture BUT as good quality as possible. Job will partly be: finding the best already existing parts for this product and if needed and / or cheaper developing parts as needed. Second what I need is a price per product when manufacturing, you have to give me ideas of this while designing. Third I need is a factory for manufacuring, so if you have any knowledge about finding the right place for manufacturing this will be a pro. Prototype 3 is already done, but the engine is not powerfull enough and tube to small. The product needs to be more ergonomic. A movie explaning protoype nr 3 and a list of all necessary parts with all requirements is done. Should be easy job to finalise? We have a board that needs to scaled down to the smallest possible size. Due to design considerations (see below), I believe the best way to do this will be to create two separate boards, stacked on top of each other. I will provide an Altium file and schematic. You can use your choice of software to produce the final board file. Details: J2 will be completely removed. J1, J3 and J4 will now use soldered wire leads. They should be changed to 0.035" holes, 0.080" distance center-to-center. SW1 and SW2 will be completely removed. All four mounting holes will be removed. All remaining components will need to re-routed to achieve smallest possible board footprint. Maximum board dimensions: 20 x 30mm. Ideal dimensions: 12mm x 20mm (each of two boards) U2 is a Bluetooth MCU with a keep-out zone directly underneath it. Thus, we should probably consider stacking two one-sided boards with risers to minimize total size.
