Like to design control board to power a split AC unit fan with out all the crazy items that we need to adapt to use these new inverter power fans. Right now we are gutting the compressor to get control panel / inverter and do not need this once designed. Fan is 36V with 5V control signal, variable speed.... We would also like to be able to over ride the limits of the cooling from 64 to 58 degrees in these units on a seperate board, some companies have done this, but the application of how it work is very bulky and not high end clean look. So if you think you can help lets link up.

Need an in house team with software (android, back end web design, etc) and electrical (pcb design, gerber schmatics, firmware) members that can properly update and integrate a cell phone charging kiosk system. I currently have a tested prototype, so will provide all of the source code, production files, etc for project. What i am looking to hire for is a team that can turn the prototype to production ready , removing redundancies, inefficiencies, and cleaning up the UI and interface with the hardware. I have hired for and completed 2 similar projects, so this position will definitely be hired, not just checking online for prices/advice, serious inquiries and you must have the tools and team knowledge for whole process, there will be no farming out of tasks (ie, hire for electrical and find another, offsite, software) The team will be responsible for the hardware/software working seamlessly. The basic commands and infrastructure are there, and the physical design is done (however for items such as pcb size, component placement, etc, we can change the physical mechanical portion to accomodate these changes) Must be able to test a physical prototype in your shop/office and have all the necessary tools/expertise to deliver a turnkey, production optimized, electrical/software kit. I dont care what language the code is in, nor what components are used in pcb, i want the functionality to be as laid out in the project document (provided later), the software/electrical engineers are free to select which language/components they feel are best to achieve our desired functions. The functions will be much like a cell phone charging locker, look at www.chargebox.com, www.brightboxcharge.com, securechargesolutions.com, nrggo.com, mobilequbes.com, for similar machines whose basic functions will be similar (open a locker, sense a mobile phone, charge it, change status of leds, ability to control the kiosks from a remote backend dashboard - status, ads, etc) Fairly straightforward, again, all i require is recommended changes to improve on what i have (for example, currently the microusb to connect to tablet must be soldered to pcb, this is a poor design for manufacturing purposes and adds much to the cost) I want someone that will tell me the best way to integrate , i am not an engineer so i rely on your expertise, so must be able to think independently and take responsibility for the final functionality. Turnkey, meaning the final electrical/software package will include all source files, gerber files, bom, prototype fully tested (I will pay for the pcbs, components, etc )Will also require the first production test run, that the electrical engineer assists the pcb assembly company in component selection, etc. Previous experience creating a physical product required (not just making design, but product being made and physically used) Thanks,
