For setting up a small scale blending line, we are looking for someone who can help us to produce an automated dosing system that steers 64 small pumps.
Pumps can be controlled by an on/off power relay module. Pumps need 24V to operate.
Recipes will contain 1-64 different liquids. Recipes are produced in an excell database, with each line representing a recipe and each column a different liquid with identity 1-64 corresponding with (relay and) pump 1-64. In each recipe the wanted volume of the liquid is translated in a certain amount of seconds the pump needs to work to dose the requested volume (approximately - pump flow rate will be checked before each production run, 5% error pumped volume vs requested volume is acceptable).
Data from the excell file should be easily translated to the production.
Alternative method can be suggested but needs to be economically feasible.
- Instead of working with active pump time (in seconds), working on a weight basis can be suggested
- Microprocessor Arduino or other is also a possibility
