We are UK based engineering company. We are currently signed up to the Godaddy email service. They also host our website. We've been advised to move to Google Apps as a provider for our email service. We have around 10 email users and would like to make the transition as soon as possible.
It is very important that we keep all our previous emails (inc. sent emails and folder structure) and our email addresses. For the end user, there should be no change - all the old emails etc. exactly as before.
Since there are 10 of us, and some are remote, I think we would need to set up an easy guide for people to follow to transition from godaddy to Google Apps (people use a variety of software to access their emails, inc Outlook and the Mac equivalent).
We are looking for advice, guidance, and managing of the transition. We strictly pay only for tracked time, unless a fixed rate is agreed prior to the work starting.

We are looking for someone who has excellent English writing skills, and strong IT skills (preferably IT background), to write a series of emails for us.
You will be required to watch a video, and then write a sentence about the video in an email template, save the email, and send it to us.
We need about 500 of these emails written, and you will need to complete approx 100. per week.
Pay rate for this task is $3 per hour only.
The videos about about computer applications, so you will need to have a good understanding of IT applications.

We need help improving our email deliverability. Currently, we face high email bounce rates and in some cases emails simply go missing (never reach intended recipient, without any bounce message)
We believe the following issues are causing our email problems:
- Poor setup of DNS records. We use a VPS and have WHM installed.
- We're listed on some blacklists due to malicious code in the past.
The spamming has ceased since we uninstalled the compromised wordpress installations, and we have managed to get ourselves off most of the blacklists.

I had someone set up mailwizz incorrectly. I want to go in another direction, but a lot of the vsp email work is done (it may need to be tweaked a little bit). I want to implement a multiple user Interspire system. I have 10 mail domain servers with power mta installed.
I need to be able to send emails from email accounts (other than my main email) on the different domains with urls in the emails linking to those domains, so I can protect my main domain and email. Can we take what has been done already, purchase a multiple user license of Interspire, and get this to work the right way?
I think it would work if (Each Domain is an interspire user, and we had one separate email account for each domain set up with forwarding to main email, and a wordpress install on each a domain so I can send the email traffic there).
