Hey and nice to meet you. I am looking for an agent who can work 8-12 hours a day. We are a store who sell online software mostly, and we need agents at live chat 24 hours a day. Most of the questions are very basic like "when will i get my product?" "are you legal company? "is this the full version" "can you help me download the product if I will purchase?"
