Fast growing online Fitness Company looking for Customer Service rep to work 1-2 hours per day. There is an opportunity to grow with this company. Funk Roberts Fitness Inc sells online fitness programs and monthly membership website to people all over the world, in both the Fitness and Combat Sports niche
We are looking for someone who can work with or without supervision. The person we are looking for will need to be super organised, able to manage a variety of tasks at any one time. A customer service representative with excellent organizational skills, great time management and have great written communication skills.
Most of all, you must be positive, have passion and heart, and you’ve got to want to grow and succeed with the business
Your role responsibilities include:
• Responding/Customer service using Zen Desk (16-24 hour window)
• Membership refunds and cancellations
• Send customers login details to programs and membership website
• Some minor tech support assistance ( ie. Clearing cache and cookies, downloading software and video players)
• Weekly Customer Service reporting
Efficiency in the following skills are mandatory:
- Customer Relationship
- Results orientated
- Data entry
- Writing skills and experience
You have outstanding skills using the following applications
• Infusionsoft (we use Infusionsoft as our CRM, Ecommerce and some membership website functionality)
• Clickbank (we use this as Ecommerce)
• Wishlist Membership – (Membership)
• Wordpress – (Blog)
• PayPal – (Ecommerce)
In your cover letter, include:
