Hi, I have set-up an email address using Google for work. It seems I can send outbound emails from Gmail and Outlook, however not receive incoming emails. I also tried to connect my Gmail account to Outlook but it looks like something has gone wrong as all the folders are duplicated in Outlook. Hi, Zendesk is migrating from web portal to help centre and we too need to make the move. Currently with Zendesk, we have 1 customer service email account where all emails come; they stay on server and all team members are able to see and reply to the emails via zendesk. The recipient receives the email as if its being sent by the customer service email account. When replying via Zendesk, we are able to CC other team members email and they too get a copy of the sent email via zendesk. The migration is easy though; i need to know the following: 1) Can all tickets sent to admin & team members by clients be visible to only the team members on new zendesk? I do not want this to be public content; Only team members should be able to see the tickets that clients send to us 2) After migration; check if configuration between email accounts and zendesk is working for zendesk users 3) What else can we do with zendesk page for our clients general knowledge?
