Need Mechanical Engineer or Contractor to wet stamp and sign all sheets of plans and indicate expiration date of license on the plans.
Job type: Residential new construction in Southern California. 3,000 s.f. house.
Job status: Full set of plans previously submitted to City for all trades. M sheets have just been received back from the City with corrections for Mechanical and Title 24 Energy Conservation requirements. New requirement has been added not in there upon initial submittal, needed a license/wet stamp.
Scope of work: From Client you obtain CAD drawings, pdf drawings, copies of redlined corrections on plans submitted, list of corrections in word/excel and add corrections listed on two sets of new plans. (THERE ARE MINIMAL CORRECTIONS ONLY, A LOT OF WORK WAS DONE ON THESE PLANS, A LOT OF REVIEW AND DESIGN) and then wet stamp and sign and mail deliverable. At this point CF-1R forms not required as part of this job.
Payment: 80% due upon receipt and initial acceptance by Client(me, I have a degree in Building Inspection and in Construction Technology, I am the builder). I will submit to City, upon final acceptance final 20% payment due. Printing and mailing is 100% reimbursable.
