we have some aluminum parts that need to be drawn up so they can be 3-d printed and then sent to cmc machine to actually make the parts once the 3-d printing confirms everything is right. MUST create files that will work with all 3-d printers using solid works or other suitable program. I have spent the last 25 years in the firearms training and competition world. I have a design concept for a gas operated, semi automatic, 12 gauge shotgun. Existing shotguns are designed without much consideration of how a human being operates or interfaces with the shotgun. My concept approaches the shotgun design so that the finished product achieves the best possible interface between man and machine. Ergonomically, the controls are at the operators finger tips, the stock is fully adjustable, and the features are positioned to enhance awareness of the operation of the firearm, and maximum effeciency of human operator movement. The end result is a shotgun ideally created for action shooting competition. The basic operating principle is already in production in the Mossberg 930 shotgun. However the ergonomics, the mechanical action of the return spring, the geometry of the return spring, the mechanical action release, the action lever, the ejector, the ejection port and all of the furniture on the Mossberg 930 are poorly designed. In the end my design will have only the operating principle and caliber in common with the Mossberg 930, superior to the Benelli M4, the Remington Versamax, or any other current offering. The receiver is intended to be of cast 7075-T6 aluminum, and the furniture, both stock and fore end made of glass filled nylon. Within the stock is built in metal hardware to adujst lenght of pull, height of comb, and angle of comb by means of a threaded shaft and adjustment knobs with locking screws to set the desired length, height, and angle. You should take a close look at existing, high end, adjustable rifle stocks for inspiration with a close eye on those stocks offering horizontal and vertical adjustable cheek peice or comb. The athlete should be able to quickly obtain a perfect position on the firearm, identical each time the firearm is shouldered. Most of the design is fairly simple, with an existing firearm to work from. However, some aspects of the design are fairly mechanically complicated. The action should expect to operate under the force and pressure emitted from 3 1/2" 12 gauge magnum ammunition as indicated in SAAMI specifcations (~14,000 psi). The concept of the action is that it will minimize felt recoil to the maximum possible extent while achieving the greatest possible reliability. I need a mechanical engineer to create the design in the appropriate format so that I can hand off the design to another firm to set up the machines to build the parts. The engineer must be knowledgeable of manufacturing process for both injection molding of glass filled nylon, and CNC machining. I've trained over 10,000 Students and won three national championships in shooting with my athletes. I'm bringing years of experience and understanding of human beings in competitive firearms to this project. My approach to this challenge is from the human being first and the machine second. A trained athlete using this shotgun will be seconds faster on every stage than any other similarly skilled competitor, the difference between champion and 2nd place is often fractions of a second.

I would like to get a price quote and time frame of completion on the following job. Here's what I need: Site plans and architectural drawings and elevations of 1 building with 3 different sections, including plumbing, electrical and mechanical layouts and a parking lot / parking garage drawings in 2D and 3D. I have Watershed Protection Area, Floodplain, and Sedimentation and Stormwater control to keep in mind and I must have a runoff pond located on the property. I want the pond to be in the wetland area next to the land I can build on. I would like 2 versions of the site plans: 1. One with the parking lot in the Railroads 100 feet Right of Way (Marked in Purple), with the runoff pond in the wetlands. 2. One with the 3 story parking garage in the wetlands (Marked in Blue) which then, the runoff pond will be next to the parking garage. I have attached copies of my property with illustrations.
