Hello, if you are able to offer engineering related services, please go ahead and register yourself on and setup your profile there. This is the website that I manage that has focus around oil and gas and energy sector. Having your skill set available on will allow me to market your services in USA and Canada so as soon we have a client interested in your services, we will run that project via upwork. Go ahead and register yourself and let me know if you have any questions or let me know what SKILL would you like to be added in impaths in case you do not see your skill avaialble when creating profile there.

I have an existing pneumatic system that is controlled by manual needle valves to change the vacuum strength and fluid flow. I'd like to update the functions to be controlled electronically by an HMI. I currently have a monitor already and board controls. But I'm not sure of the setup, if I should you a solenoid valve or adjust the power of the pump to change the vacuum. I just need to find the intermediate part that the HMI can adjust to change flow.

We have a 2-way brass ball valve requiring a handle design that will turn the end user to turn the handle 90 degrees to open and close the valve. The valve is initially designed for a spring-return actuator valve that turns 90 degrees. Because we cannot use the actuator, we would like someone to design a handle to fit the valve stem and fasten without coming off. The most critical component is to ensure that a valve stop is created on the handle to ensure the ensure has closed the valve completely. Final deliverable will consist of a full engineering drawing in exact dimensions so that we can have a CNC manufacturer to water jet the components. Attached are some images of the valve. Upon successful selection of contractor, we will send a valve sample as needed.

Looking for an experienced mechanical engineering designer for a monthly project. This is a smart lantern with has 2 removable light panels. The lantern is designed to be IP06. There are 2 stages of this project. The first stage should take about a week and the second stage is a follow-up modification based on the confirmation of PCBA. Thus, the second stage may start a month later than the first stage. First stage: Mechanical engineering based on the existing Industrial design and PCBA requirement (PCBA will be designed based on the MD). What we will get should be a. Full set of parts-drawings and assembly-drawing b. Computer file of 3-D profile (in the format for tooling and 3d-print) Second stage: Modification and project follow-up. It is based on the finalized PCBA. More information will be provided if we have further discussion.

Looking for an individual that is familiar with SolidWorks 2016 and AutoCAD to help bring our 2D drawings and new concepts into SolidWorks. New Concepts: Often we have drawings that just need to be finalized and cleaned up. Sometimes we may have just a 3D model and need to have a drawing created from our template. Primary market will be pneumatic valves and assemblies. Experience with pneumatic schematics is a plus, but not required. Legacy Products: We have many drawings currently in 2D AutoCAD. We would like to have new models and drawings of these created in SolidWorks. I am familiar with the quick "import to SolidWorks" method, but we want the files essentially drawn from scratch so that they will have all of the SolidWorks features - hole wizard, proper horizontal/vertical, coincident constraints, etc.

I'm taking an architecture analysis class in which we design houses and start detailing them. we already designed three houses, one will be built out of wood, one out of concrete and the other out of steel. I will send the house drawing and your job will be to figure out how the house will be built, what methods and why. and draw foundations/walls/corners details. For example, Attached a house which should be built out of wood. I designed the house but I have no idea how it could be built. So what I need is 1) foundation plan, 2) foundation section, 3) Wall details, 4) Corner details. .
