We need a person who is good at working with people, and scheduling them with other volunteers, who will get along well together, and work as a team. With regard to the fundraising aspect, we need a person who can be trusted handling cash, who is capable of keeping accurate records, and who can communicate well with past and new donors. For the Radio program, the person must be willing to work on Sunday Afternoons for about one hour. Most importantly, the person we choose must be a person who truely wants to help abortion-bound mothers make a more positive decision, for the benifit of both the child and mother herself. The Person we hire will be expected to do a certain amount of daily reading, to keep informed on current events in the proLife arena, and to be able to understand the abortion controversy from more than just the proLife or proChoice viewpoint. We are looking for someone who has a friendly, long-term approach to interacting with all persons whom he or she will come in contact with while doing his or her job, including abortion clients, Life-Saver Moms, On-site volunteers, Donors and people who hold an opposing view. Must be flexible in terms of work hours, dependable, trustworthy in terms of not sharing private and personal information about donors or clients, and a good communicator to all volunteers and donors.
