Global Office Solutions www.globalofficesolutions.com currently has Microsoft NAV and has 3rd party development and customization for the office products industry. We would like to understand the cost for developing our own customization to replace what we currently have. We would like to build out along with customizing to our NAV to NET to integrate for a seamless experience. This would also include creating an extremely dynamic web interface for our customers that is fully SEO.
This is a very large undertaking. If we can justify the costs, we would like to move forward quickly and have implemented as fast as possible. Please only respond if you have the background credentials along with the experience to do this.

Global Office Solutions is looking to upgrade their current NAV environment to the latest version of NAV 2013/15. To be included in this upgrade are setups & configurations, Data, Integration & BI components, Website and any implemented add-ons.
The scope of this SOW is to offer Global Office Solutions, necessary services in upgrading their current NAV 2009 environment to NAV 2013/15/16 during the process of which partner is likely to perform one or more of the following activities:
Analysis: Analyze the complete requirements and create a Functional Requirement Document
Design: Design the appropriate functional solution that will address the client’s requirement comprehensively
Upgrade: Upgrade the NAV environment including website, NAV to Net, configurations, Data, BI components, Portal and any add-ons
Testing: Carry out a thorough testing of the upgraded environment taking in to consideration all components and business scenarios
Support: UAT and Post Go-Live support
