It's a win-win because we help prospects make quick, educated decisions which increases the agent's business and introduces our firm to renovation clients early in their process.
1) Research online for commercial real estate brokers in Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco, CA ONLY. COLD CALLING AND EMAIL MARKETING SHOULD BEGIN AFTER THE FIRST 10 PROSPECTS ARE COLLECTED. DO NOT WAIT TO BUILD A HUGE LIST, build it periodically as leads are captured.
2) Get familiar with our offering described on the PDF.
3) Start an excel spreadsheet that you'll use to organize lead names, phone numbers /emails, the # of times they've been contacted & when, and status (calling back on Monday, interested lead, not interested, etc.)
