About the Role
Working as the Social Media Operations Manager in a start up, you will be responsible for many roles.
This will offer you the opportunity to grow a wide set of skills that can be applicable to future roles.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, who wants to learn in a company with lots of room for growth. This individual will have the ability to impact the growth of the company through the strategy.
-Create and manage large marketing campaigns on Facebook Ads for multiple client
accounts in various verticals.
-Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to
clients’ websites and business
-Write effective ad copy
-Establish bidding strategies based on clients’ business goals and targets
-Provide bid and ad management/optimization on a regular basis to achieve maximum
-Manage search budgets and keep campaigns within these budgets
-Train and manage a large team of Social Media Assistants
-Participate in company blog, industry social media activities
-Ability to go the extra mile, take the initiative, and work with little supervision
Experience with managing campaigns in various verticals and industries (Facebook Ads, ecom, Adespresso).
