I need an experienced Facebook advertiser that understands the policies appeals process, ultimately being able to overturn an incorrect decision to ban my site from posting ads.
One of my competitors was able to convince the FB policies team that my product violates listing policies, but it doesn't. I have appealed to the FB team, with no response.
I need someone that has experienced this issue before and successfully overturned these verdicts.
My product is call ARMagLock.
Per my understanding, the policy states you cannot advocate the sale of "weapons, ammunition, or explosives; or any derivative thereof.
My ads (or product) don't violate this policy.
My ads are for a safety lock, just like a bike lock or a home safe.
The product I sell is not an assault weapon accessory, it is actually designed to maintain a "featureless rifle" and avoid registering it as an assault weapon.
Technically my product is a compliance lock the turns an assault weapon into a regular rifle.
