We are looking for a Paid Search/Analytics Expert that has the experience and dedication to workflow processes and success.
The Paid Search Expert will work online to execute successful campaigns designed to meet specific client goals and objectives. The Paid Search position will be responsible for making strategic decisions that are tied to all research, development, and implementation related tasks and deliverables (Internal/External).
The Paid Search Expert is primary responsible for reporting and analysis, optimizing current PPC and Analytics accounts and building out keyword groups, analytics goals, proper reporting and provides information on governance-related programs, and works to ensure that the bought, earned and owned digital marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated into the PPC/SEO programs.
o Understand (Google/Bing and Facebook PPC/Advertising Channels)
o Analyzing/Optimizing all online marketing channels & campaigns ensuring optimal ROI
o Building out goals in Google Analytics
o Building out reporting and analytics dashboards
o Detailed Reporting and Metrics (Internal and Client Side)
o Manage and create online PPC campaigns.
o Track, optimize and report on PPC campaigns performance.
o Daily use of Industry Standard Tools
o Understanding of Landing Page Logic and Psychology
o Continually developing ideas for new traffic and increasing conversions
o Responsible for the production and delivery (client review) of all "Strategy" related tasks and deliverables
o Establish marketing plans that are effective for our clients
o Work with our sales and management team to define and outline new taxonomies
o Understand Audiences and how they are applicable to different PPC Campaigns (Google/Yahoo/Bing/Facebook)
o Contribute feedback to sales leadership in regards to new practices and techniques through ever increasing knowledge and work ethic to make the sales processes more effective
o Work with account managers and executive team to ensure a high level of product quality and further recognize potential opportunities’.
o Experience reporting on SEM efficiency
o Understanding of changes within the local search market and algos that affect such market (Google, Yahoo, Bing and Facebook)
o Proven Paid SEM results on search engines (Google, Bing/Yahoo & Facebook)
o Experience marketing and monetizing on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc..)
o Experience with user views on mobile phones and tablets
o PPC Certified (Google Adwords etc.) - PREFERRED
o Experience using industry standard reporting software’s
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
o In-depth knowledge of Keyword Analysis, Research & Copywriting
o Experience using popular website analytics applications
o Ability to make decisions independently and iterate rapidly
o Expected to know SEO Terminology and implementation practices I.E. organic search, PPC marketing, CTR, CPC, SEM, ROI, keyword density, long-tail keywords, etc.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data and comfortable using different management platforms
• All contractors must have a portfolio of their work to be considered for any contract.
• We must be able to verify the work presented in the portfolio is original and created by the contractor
Hours of work
• Non-U.S. contractors will be required to work during hours in our time zone (either U.S.A. Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time). We will not work with contractors who only work during their local time zone. There is no exception to this rule. Contractors may work additional hours if they choose, but must be available during the hours of our time zones (specified above). << may be something we discuss
• Contractor must be able to speak and type English fluently. Communication is very important.

• Be very familiar with SEO best practices for structuring a website and be fluent in the use of “SEO siloing”
